Leeds NE High 5 netball tournament
On Wednesday 25th April a mixed yr 5 + 6 team went to play at Roundhay school. They have been practising hard during this year and there were 14 teams entered.
We were in a group of 7 teams and we won our first 2 matches. We then drew our second 2 games and until the last match were undefeated. Unfortunately we weren’t able to win this, although the players battled hard to regain possession of the ball. We lost 2-0.
This made us joint 2nd in our group which then went to a goal difference decision. We narrowly lost this by 2 goals and did not progress to the play-offs.
An excellent end to the netball season and well done to the squad for their hard word work and determination.
