A massive well done to all the children who continued to practise their Hebrew reading throughout lockdown! These children worked so hard that they completed 1 or for some of them even 3 Aleph Champ levels! They all showed determination, resilience and independence in order to achieve this. Well Done! As part of the Aleph Champ Assembly, we invited parents and other family members to join the special assembly via Zoom where we presented the children with their certificates and special wristbands and also challenged them to show off their Hebrew reading, writing and listening skills. It was the first assembly to be held live from the Morris Silman Hall in over 3 months which made it even more special. We hope that all these children continue to work on their Hebrew reading over the summer. Remember that if you haven’t yet managed to complete your next Aleph Champ level – you still can with a little bit of determination and resilience.
We would also like to say a massive Thank You to Mrs Kupperman who delivered all Aleph Champ books throughout lockdown to children and then also delivered the certificates and wristbands in time for the assembly (all socially distanced of course)!
