Football’s Coming Home

Our Year 3&4 football team competed at Bodington yesterday with a chance to progress to the Leeds School finals.

The team was fantastic with Alfie making some astonishing saves. Koby and Hugo were rocks at the back and started most of our counter attacks. Luca grew in confidence and shone brighter game on game. Reece consistenly found space and looked dangerous and Henry, Seth and Max all showed their class, scoring unbelievable goals.

The team was on the front foot from the first whistle and never looked back. In our 4 group games, we won 3 and drew the other. This qualified us into the Leeds Schools finals, for which details are yet to be announced.
