Junior Bake-along with Zack

Thank you so much to the fabulous Zack, from the Junior Bake Off 2021 for leading us in recreating his splendid ‘Poo Biscuits’ live on Zoom. Zack taught us why it’s important to heat up egg whites before whisking them as well as giving us top tips to check whether biscuits are ready to come out of the oven.

Participants had the opportunity to ask Zack any burning questions about the Junior Bake Off which he answered. The event finished with Zack explaining to all the participants that if they were resilient and kept on practising their baking techniques starting with more simplistic skills moving on to more complex ones, they too could one day be good enough to be on Junior Bake Off.
